The community directory is available to all residents, including renters. Connect with neighbors and build relationships in our community.

The directory is password-protected for privacy. Contact property management to request access credentials.

House Rules & Guidelines

Important policies for all residents

These rules help maintain the quality of life and property values for everyone at Governors Lane. All renters are required to follow these guidelines.

Parking

  • Park only in your designated spaces
  • Guest parking available in marked areas
  • No overnight street parking
  • Keep driveways clear of obstructions

Trash & Recycling

  • Trash pickup: Monday and Thursday mornings
  • Recycling pickup: Wednesday mornings
  • Place bins at curb after 6 PM the night before
  • Remove bins from curb by end of pickup day

Pets

  • Pets must be leashed in common areas
  • Clean up after your pets immediately
  • Excessive noise from pets not permitted
  • Check your lease for specific pet policies

Noise

  • Quiet hours: 10 PM - 8 AM daily
  • Keep noise to reasonable levels
  • Notify neighbors in advance of gatherings
  • Respect your neighbors' peace and privacy

Property Maintenance

  • Keep patios and entryways tidy
  • No exterior modifications without approval
  • Report maintenance issues promptly
  • Coordinate with landlord for major concerns

Guests

  • Guests must follow all community rules
  • Residents responsible for guest behavior
  • Use guest parking for visitors
  • No long-term guests without approval
